Just before Christmas I got a call from the lovely people in Brando to say that
they were working on a new ad for o2 rugby for the Six Nations campaign. If it’s
one thing I know about it’s rugby, so I was delighted when they asked me on
board and we were head first into production. The director was John Hayes with
Sweet Media who ran a tight ship from start to finish.
We shot this over a weekend in early January. The forest shots of Johnny were
captured down in the amazing location of Luggala estate in Wicklow (found
by locations manager Donnacha Brady) and then we shot another full day in
the Aviva Stadium with all seven internationals.

It was a lot of fun to work on and I hope you all agree that it is a lovely piece of emotive work. So proud to have this as
my first Nicely Done job and here’s hoping to many more like this in the future.
